SPARC Academy, a venture jointly spearheaded by the Shri Mukund Bhavan Trust and Vivek SPARC Foundation, stands as a non-governmental organization (NGO) with a steadfast commitment to empower individuals from diverse backgrounds especially economically weaker section of society to pursue their aspirations of serving the nation through civil services. Founded with a commitment to equity and excellence, SPARC Academy provides comprehensive coaching and support to aspirants preparing for the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) and Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examinations.
Vision:
Our vision at SPARC Academy is to create a level playing field for all aspirants, irrespective of their economic status. We believe that every deserving candidate should have equal access to quality coaching and resources to excel in civil services exams. Central to our vision is the idea of empowering economically backward students, providing them with the necessary tools and support to realize their dreams of serving the nation.
Firstly, we aim to deliver high-quality coaching and training tailored to the specific requirements of MPSC and UPSC examination. Secondly, we are committed to provide quality coaching to the students at bare minimum cost and additional assistance to the students with weak economic backgrounds. Thirdly, we focus on holistic development, offering personality development sessions, interview preparation, and mentorship free of cost to students appearing for Civil Services interview to ensure that our students are well-prepared not just academically, but also professionally and personally.
Impact So Far:
Since its inception, SPARC Academy has made significant strides in fulfilling its mission. We have witnessed numerous success stories of students from humble backgrounds clearing civil services exams and securing prestigious positions. Our programs have enabled talented but financially constrained individuals to access quality guidance and resources, thereby breaking down barriers to entry. Additionally, our emphasis on holistic development has equipped our students with the confidence and skills needed to excel not just in exams, but also in their future careers as civil servants.
